Can’t sign in to Ntlworld email

I can’t sign in to change my password 

my primary email account is a gmail account

can you advise please

Do you still have a current VM broadband connection ie that you are still paying VM for?

i still have a current VM account but use a different email not the old Ntlworld one

If its linked to your current active account we should be able to re set this for you.

Did the help offered by our community members in this thread resolve the issue?

i have looked at my current VM account but cannot see the ntlworld account 

im still receiving emails to this account but I’m not able to send anything 

can you advise please.

the main reason I’m interested to recover this account is because my old Facebook account was set up using this email and now I can’t access Facebook to edit
