Do you still have a current VM broadband connection ie that you are still paying VM for?

i have looked at my current VM account but cannot see the ntlworld account
im still receiving emails to this account but I’m not able to send anything
can you advise please.
the main reason I’m interested to recover this account is because my old Facebook account was set up using this email and now I can’t access Facebook to edit
