My emails were fine yesterday but can’t send or receive today. I’ve checked the settings and they’re all correct.
One message I get is username or password incorrect, as far as I’m aware neither have changed, the other is:
Account error Ntlworld - Cannot get mail the mail server IMAP.ntlworld.com is not responding, verify you have entered the correct account info in mail settings

Unfortunately the answer (new password) didn’t work!
This happened before and I was given a new password which did work
It’s very frustrating as I have a lot of important information and contacts I have to deal with
