Can't send in ntlworld emails, historic folders missing

Apart from not having access to my windows mail folders, I now can't send or reply to emails.What on earth is going on? I tried creating a folder on the my media site where the folder 'dentist' did not appear and got a folder named dentist 1 and a message that 'this folder already exsists' but it does not show on the my media and in my windows mail it is empty. Please Virgin I am paying for a simple service and getting chaos.

Sorry to hear of the email account issues experienced, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums.

What happens when you try to send an email? Is this via both mobile devices and the website? Do you have any issues logging in to view the account?
