Can't send important email

Hi, trying to reply to important message. Keep getting this response. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

They have a block filter in place to stop you emailing them.  It may be specific to just you or more general to the whole of Virgin Media, the filter is on their side so it could be just about anything.

Do you have another email address you could try with?

I do not work for VM, but I would. It is just a Job.
Most things I say I make up and sometimes it's useful, don't be mean if it's wrong.
I would also make websites for them, because the job never seems to require the website to work.

Hi many thanks for the reply. I opened a new email address with Gmail as it really was important. So all sorted in terms of sending the email. Can't understand why they would put a block on Virgin Media, but hey I managed to find a way around it although not ideal. Cheers and thanks again.
