At some point today my account became blocked or something after decades of using it. I can't reply to or send emails from my @ntlworld.com address.
Getting this bounce back message.

Alternatively try the following
Click Search
Type cmd and press enter.
In the black box that appears enter the following
C:\Users\timdu>curl -v --stderr - smtps://smtp.virginmedia.com -u username:password | findstr VM
For username and password use your VM email address and VM password e.g.
Post the output only e.g.
< 525 5.7.13 Authentication Denied (VM304)

I have flagged the image in your post to the Forum Moderators to protect your privacy. You have not obscured your own ntlworld address in the error message.
Obviously you can still respond to the helpful posts from @ravenstar68 and @jpeg1 . The information they are asking for will definitely help to trouble shoot the problem for you,

May I ask if this happens on web mail as well as the client app?

It was on Outlook on Laptop and mobile phone. Laptop seems to be okay now.
Serve address invalid on outlook on my mobile phone so still not working
