Hi please can you help me, I can’t send emails from my iPhone but can receive. This has been going on for a few days now. I can log into my virgin account and send and receive from there now problem, only sending from iPhone email this happens.
There has been many complaints on the same subject & there doesn’t seem to be much of an answer.What’s your outgoing server? It should be smtp.virginmedia.com SSL yes Port 465.
Hi Anankha I have tried it, buts it’s not working.
Some have had luck by changing the account’s password via my virginmedia then updating said password on their iPhone.
