Can't send e-mail

 This was posted last yeqr https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Email/Outgoing-email-problem/td-p/4043091 which exactly describes my current problem. After 2 days I have managed to get an ipad functioning, but phone still says can't use SSL and SMTP server at Virgin not responding. Unable to get account to work on Macbook exchange or mail app. Any new solutions or wait and see. e-mail all fine if I log into account, but obviously a bit clunky to do it that way every time

Thanks for your post and I'm sorry for the time it's taken to respond to this post

 

Is this issue still on going or has this now been resolved? 

 

If you're still struggling, can you seek to remove the E-Mail address from the client and then re-add the address? This can on occasion resolve E-Mail issues when using a third party client
