Can't log into Virgin email

For the last 24 hours whenever I try to log into Virgin email I get a message saying

Sorry - Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

How do I resolve this ?

It could be locked for security, the Forum Team will be able to assist.  They need to know:

  • Are you a current Virginmedia broadband customer.
  • Is the email address concerned linked to your current VM account
  • Please change the password to the billing account and email address - they need this done before they can unlock. You may need to use Forgotten Password: virgin-media-reset-username-and-password 

They will reach this thread in the next day or so and take your personal details by private message to pass security. Don't post any personal information in the open forum.
