Can't get in to my blueyonder email

On our wavelength

Says password is incorrect, tried changing it now saying my question is incorrect also

i know it isn't.

i can log into myvirgin media ok on the account email without problems

but the main one i use for emails nothing, was fine yesterday

Managed to change my password and it updated ok tried logging in computer says no

and that pasword is incorrect

i need this address for work stuff etc

Still not getting in to my emails, is this going to be fixed or has it gone.

no amount of password changing works.

I have been with virgin a very long time 20years+ but if this address is gone i won't be far behind.

My late wifes email works fine

I am so sorry to hear that you have faced this issue regarding your email. 


Can I ask if this email address is attached to a current and active broadband account with us?

Yes it's the same email address that i have used since the blueyonder days

I am on the 1gb broadband package

i use it every day and it was fine up to the 7th.

I did have an email from you saying 1 of the devices connected to my network has or had a virus

I have checked and scanned all devices and there is nothing, scanned with webroot and also Eset

I can get into the main account and also my wifes account just not my own.

still never found a virus on any device but email is back and working thanks
