Can't find 2 old ntlworld email accounts which I need to delete as I am still receiving messages from the

I have 2 old email addresses which I used when I had a computer repair business. I am still getting emails for them but can't find where to delete the accounts?

You can only delete those ntlworld email accounts yourself if you are a Virgin Media broadband customer and the email accounts are linked to it.

  1. Sign into your My Virgin Media account (where you view your VM bills and package details) via this link https://my.virginmedia.com/home/signIn
  2. Click on "Update settings" and then "Account details"
  3. Scroll down the Account details page and click on "Manage other Virgin Media accounts". You will see your secondary email accounts listed with an option to delete to the right of each one.

If you are no longer a VM broadband customer or those email accounts belong to a closed broadband account the Forum Team (VM staff who support this forum) can arrange to have them deleted for you.

One of the team will contact you via this thread in the next day or so.

Thank you for the advice, sadly the 2 email addresses don’t appear in that list so it’s not that simple. Virgin seem to be having problems finding them to delete. Before the system changed we had more options to play with email setup but that seems to be gone now. Virgin now think they have removed them now so hopefully it’s sorted.
