Can't delete secondary profile "oops an error has occurred"

I have been trying for weeks now to delete a secondary email account but every time I do I just grt the following message "oops an error has occurred"

I have logged this as an issue over the phone but no one can shed any light on resolving it.

Can someone get to the bottom of this for me please?

I'm really sorry for the delayed reply and also you've been having some issues with the email. Have you managed to delete the secondary account since posting? If not, please can you try clearing cache/cookies for me on the browser and try it again?

The issue still persists even after clearing my cache etc.

I've raised it with IT now for you to delete the email. Your reference is P010184559. IT's timescales are 3-5 days.
