When I sign into My Virgin Media, I get the message "We're really sorry but the offers and promotions on our site are no longer available to Virgin Media National customers, due to the move to TalkTalk".

Can you tell us if you've tried to complete the Reset Password function on your mailbox? We would advise setting up a new password and waiting 10 minutes for the system to update with this new information.
