I cant seem to access blueyonder on my mail app, i have tried all the solutions on the boards including the settings. I can't access it via the mail box on the virgin site either. when i type in my details and try to sync the account it tells me to update my Pword or give the app permission. however i am not a Virgin customer any longer ?
can you help please ?

When were you last a customer of VM? Access to emails usually stops 90 days after you leave.

If you are no longer a customer for Virgin broadband, your email address will have been terminated. Read the "orphan" post above ^^^
