I can't access my emails on any device. I get the message Your mailbox is not available at the moment. My husband's is working fine.

Thanks for your suggestion, I did try that. It didn't work, but I got through on the phone to a very helpful person who said the account was locked, possibly because I'd been using the same password for a long time, and she gave me a new password. Everything's OK now.

Good to read that you have regained access. Password changes can take up to an hour to unlock an account.
