I have a secondary email account in my wife’s name. When I try to retrieve my mail on this account I get the following message: “Your mailbox is not available at the moment. Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.”
I have changed the login password and can log in to access the account page. However after over an hour I am still getting the above message when trying to access email.
