I have not been able to access my ntlworld email address since yesterday morning. I have tried changing my password as suggested in other forums but this hasn't worked. Could someone please advise on how to fix this?
I posted here the other day and got a response but the post has gone cold so thought it may be easier to post again.
I have not been able to access my emails since around Wednesday morning with the message 'Mailbox unavailable, try again in an hour'. I have tried changing my password as has been suggested on other posts but this hasn't worked.
