Can't access my original email address associated with Virgin Media Account

Hi,

I'm unable to access my original email account [MOD EDIT: PERSONAL INFORMATION REMOVED] which is the main email associated with my account.  I seldom access it but I've just signed up to a virgin mobile phone SIM and all emails are going to that account.

I've tried resetting the password under my account but I'm unable to access it.  I believe it may have been suspended or archived as it doesn't get accessed very often.

@Checking the email address using an online email checker shows that the mailbox for the account does not exist.  This would be the case when VM follow their published procedures and close mailboxes for email addresses that have not been accessed for over 150 days.

This would explain why you cannot access the mailbox.

If as Graham has suggested I've exceeded the 150 days since last use, can you please re-instate this account for me ASAP.
