Can't access my email,says it is doing work and come back later,since yesterda morning.

Why can't i access my email? been trying since yesterday morning and all it keeps saying is,come back later or "bad Request" ..i need to get into my email asap

If you are still having problems you could try this direct link https://mail2.virginmedia.com/      That's currently working for me.

However, the most reliable way to access and manage your Virgin Media email account is to use a third party email client or app. If you have a laptop or pc then Thunderbird is a good choice https://www.thunderbird and it's free. if you have an android or Apple device there are many email apps available,

These days most email apps and clients are pretty easy to set up, you just enter your email address and password and most apps create the necessary settings to download your emails to the app or client. From then on you can send and receive emails without ever accessing the VM website.

However, remember that VM are no longer issuing new VM email address to new or existing customers so clearly they do not see the development of their email service as a high priority going forward. Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your email account at the moment, if you're still getting the 'Bad Request' message, please can you clear your browser and try again to log into your email account?

Please let us know if that helps at all, if you still get issues after that, please could you try to change your email password via your 'My Virgin Media' online account?
