Can’t access emails

When ever I attempt to access my emails I get the same message.

Sorry! Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

This has been the case for many weeks now and I thought I’d post on here to see if anyone knew why this was.

The most likely reason will be that the mailbox has been locked for security reasons.

The VM Forum Team will respond in a day or so and  should be able to arrange for the account to be unlocked.

Really sorry you're having an issue with your mailbox, this isn't good. 

I hope it's sorted since you posted, I tried to check but I'm unable to find your account from here.
