Can't access emails/password changed

Hi there,

I've recently had quite a few accounts hacked - bank, Uber, Amazon etc.

Today I have noticed that since Sunday I don't appear to have received any emails from my @ntlworld.com account. They aren't coming through as they usually would to my iPhone or iMac. 

I've tried logging in through my browser, but the password is incorrect despite me not changing it. I tried to reset it, but my memorable information isn't working. I followed the instructions of what to do if you forget your memorable information - inputting my Account number/Area ref, last bill details etc - but just get to a page that says 'Oops, something's broken'.

On the Contact us section of the Virgin site, the message us link says to clic a button, but there isn't one there.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

UPDATE

It turned out that my account had been hacked. I called 0345 454 1111 and waited on hold for 1 hour 3 minutes before I was cut off. I tried a second time and after an hour spoke to a member of staff who issued a temporary password to my account and I was able to get access and reset everything.
