Can’t access email account

Every time I try and login to virgin mail I get the  account is locked or cancelled. I keep trying to get this fixed and all I get is a bit sending me around in circles

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with accessing your emails. 

Can you confirm if you still have an active broadband account with us? If so, are you able to sign into your My virgin Media account?
