Can't access account details as set as secondary account
So my email address was originally created as a secondary email address under my parents' account. I have moved out and now pay for my own Virgin Media. However, as I registered for it using my existing email address, I am unable to view my account details through the website as it still thinks I am a secondary account. Could somebody please help?

My apologies for the delayed reply. The email address you want to use for your online account, is this being used for any other Virgin Media online accounts? If not, you'll be fine to use it on yours for your My Virgin Media account.
