Can’t access NTL emails…. Help

Please help me retrieve my ntlworld emails. I haven’t been able to use email since sat 28/10 I spent 5 hrs speaking to various VM staff resetting passwords, using alternative email address etc and still nothing. I have used this email for 30+ yrs and it’s only since merging my VM mobile with 02 that I’ve lost all emails on iPhone. Please help if u can.

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your email address, can I just confirm do you have a current and active broadband account that this address is attached to?

Do you mean all the emails have also disappeared?   

What happens when you login here does this allow you login in at all? Cheers
