I’ve tried changing password in Virgin Media account as suggested in other posts but that hasn’t worked and now can’t get back in to that account as can’t receive email
can anyone help please?
So what error message are you seeing now when you try to sign in to your VM email account directly via the VM Website from here https://mail2.virginmedia.com/ ?
If you are seeing the "Your mailbox is unavailable..........retry in an hour message" you could try resetting the password again to something you have not used before.
If you are still unable to access your account on the VM website post back here because it may need to be re-enabled by VM.
The other point to make (although I am sure you are well aware 😉) is that once you have reset your VM password, in order to access your emails via the email app on your IOS device, you will need to update the password in the app you are using.
