Can't access Emails

Can't access Emails from any of my devices, Outlook keeps asking for username and password, Virgin webmail is saying mailbox unavailable and mobile app warning sign. Have been in touch with Virgin they have helped and cleared the email account twice but only lasts a couple days and then back to unavailable. It is a long time waiting for calls to be answered if at all, anybody help?

Very sorry that you're having some issues with the email service at the moment. 

Our teams are very busy on the phones at the moment but will answer as soon as they can. 

In the meantime I'll be able to take a look into your account and see what's going on.
