My wife has been locked out of her VM email account on both PC & mobile and has had the 'malware' email. I have run a virus scanner but i'm having trouble changing the password.
I can log into the main account on the PC and navigate to the list of secondary accounts, of which hers is one. However at the end of each line is just Delete. There is no View/Change option to allow me to change the password.
How do i resolve this please?

Secondary account changes now have to be made via the My Virgin Media account for the secondary email.
Sign into the account here: https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media using the email address concerned and the current password. Once logged in click on Update Settings then Account details. You should now see the options to change password etc.
If that isn't available try https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/forgotten-details/password
I'm a Very Insightful Person, I'm here to share knowledge, I don't work for Virgin Media, I'm a VM customer. There are no guarantees that my advice will work. Please read the FAQs

Thanks Graham, that seems to have worked.
I had tried previously to log in using the secondary account details but when i was greeted with a "Good Evening Tony" message i assumed that the PC had auto-logged in as me again so i didn't go any further. I went away and deleted cookies/cleared cache but when i was still greeted with my name and not my wife's i decided that wasn't going to work and stopped trying it.
Thanks for your help. It is much appreciated
Tony
