Can someone assist with deleting an old blueyonder email account?

I want to ensure that mine and my partner's email accounts have been shut down. We were advised that they would when we closed our accounts but they are still access anc causing us issues where people are still sending to them

Normally emails would close down automatically after 90 days of the account being disconnected but we can look at raising an ticket for you to get this closed right away for you.
