Can some kind person please allow me into my ntlworld email account. Have been locked out for a week now.

Email account is unavailable is all I can get for a week now, answers please. Live chat yesterday promised 2 hour remedy but no good, nothing. Pleeeese

Does this happen using an email app and with a browser on your webmail login?

Is this email linked to a current Virginmedia broadband account?

Yes is linked to bband acc. I go around in circles as any password I choose is unacceptable. Your VM email account is not available is what I get. Sorry but I am 86 and not very savvie, but appreciate your help?

Frazzled 1  I have had the same problem. Despite webchatting to sevrral vm agents, who said it would be ok in an hour, it is not. Come on VM admit you are having problems. We are paying for a service we are not getting. Please respond today with an answer.

Yes thank you zach, Mathew is trying . He gave me a new email password to try yesterday, but it failed. Tried just now and still failed.  Thanks for your interest but getting desperate now.

I've had the same experience, two very long livechat sessions totalling 9 hours, a promise of it working and to try it in two hours. It isn't working. I'm beyond frustrated.

Exactly the same experience. At the end of webchat the agents always say "Try it in 2 hours, it will all be fine." Do they believe this or is it to get rid of us? It is NOT fine. Desperate, frustrated, angry.

I am losing count now of the different passwords tried and failed. I have 2 sheets of A4 paper covered in notes, attempted logins, passwords (which always fail). Going round in circles. I spent most of yesterday and the day before on webchat with agents. I can see how today will go as well - that's if I can get through.
