Hi, I'm trying to help my grandad access his Blueyonder email through the Virgin website. He can get into his email and receive emails, but he can't send emails. When he tries to send he gets the following error:
An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
Any ideas how to resolve? Thanks

I have had his error before and have it again today on my NTLWORLD email account.
Sorry no idea how to resolve - it just goes away .........eventually. I know that is no help to you or me either but VM don't admit it's an error and provide a resolution.

Sorry to hear your grandad is not able to send emails at this time.
Does he get the same error when using a web client such as gmail or outlook?

Thanks both, I haven't been able to set up Outlook as I need an app password and my grandad doesn't have an alternative email address to set up two-step authentication. But turns out logging out of web mail, closing browser, and logging back in again resolved the issue.
