Can ntlworldcom be re enstated after returning to virgin media

I have returned to virgin media with a new email address, but to access Google Drive I need to use ntlworld.com to access it as it was set up in that email address. Is it possible to re enstate ntlworld.com address to use again.

Unfortunately it is not possible but there maybe a chance Virgin Media neglected to delete the account. Have you tried access it via webmail or email client?

Welcome to the community page, thanks for posting.

I am sorry to say that, once a media account leaves us the NTL email should delete after 90 days from the disconnection date.
