Can not log in to my virgin.net email account

Had the log in box come up, I thought was strange as my tablet was set to remember passwords, tried changing my password, no luck

Can not access my virgin.net email ?? Just get this message.

Please stick to one thread rather than starting again with the same issue.

Also please answer the question from the Forum Team member, @Megan_L who responded to your original post.

To expand on her question a little, can you confirm that you have a current Virginmedia broadband account, and that the email address concerned is correctly linked to it?
