Hi folks.
Missus having major problems with accessing her email on any device- iPad, iPhone, laptop and etc. She thought she been hacked so tried to login and change password but even login into the desktop allows her to login but when click on email states
‘Mailbox not available’
Tried deleting email off iphone and then reloading but states that imap password is incorrect. How can it be if allows her to access account?
Also - she can still send emails!!
Dont gettit!?! Cannot get thru to anyone at virgin and the status check simply states they’re having problems ...but this has been over a week!
