Missus having major problems with accessing her email on any device- iPad, iPhone, laptop and etc. She thought she been hacked so tried to login and change password but even login into the desktop allows her to login but when click on email states
‘Mailbox not available’
Tried deleting email off iphone and then reloading but states that imap password is incorrect. How can it be if allows her to access account?
Also - she can still send emails!!
Dont gettit!?! Cannot get thru to anyone at virgin and the status check simply states they’re having problems ...but this has been over a week!
Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you're wife is unable to access her emails with us. We appreciate the frustration this causes especially as it has been over a week already.
We will gladly help her get this re-enabled and back up and running. Unfortunately as you are not the account holder please can we ask you to get your wife to start her own thread and come back through this channel. Due to data protection law we are not able to re-enable any email accounts without the account holders permission first.
If you can get this done as soon as possible we will take the rest from here for you.
