I received a letter through the post to say that my blueyonder email had been hacked and that I need to change the password in order to access it. I have done this this, but I am still unable to access it. Instead, I am met with the following message:
Sorry! Your mailbox is not available at the moment.
Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.

I have been unable to access my emails since the 17th of June, which is really distressing as I have had this account for over 20 years. I am unable to speak to anyone over the phone about due to a reduction of staff in the call centre, so not sure what to do.
