Who do I need to contact about being able to login to this again? I have changed home address since I created it so my virgin service was terminated at old address and started at new address. Is it orphaned?
I left in May 2018 and re-joined in June 2018 - the ntlworld email address continues to work to this day as it forwards to my gmail account. However I cannot login using it on the virgin media mail login page 'invalid user' or something like that.
