Can I recover my blueyonder email address?

It’s been maybe 15-20 years since I had it but I was wondering if there was an archive or anything somewhere of my old account? 

I am aware this is extremely unlikely but I wanted to check as it has some emails from my dad I’d love to see.

Hello

I am afraid that as you have already worked out, Virginmedia do no archive old email addresses, they would be deleted along with all of the data. If they had kept that data for that length of time they would be in serious breech of the Data Protection and what it is now GDPR.

As @DJ_Shadow1966 has mentioned, we do not archive old email addresses so once these are deactivated, we aren't able to get these back unfortunately.

While we appreciate this is disappointing, please let us know if you need any further help.
