Hey, I want to know as I have had advice from sky and wanted to be sure before I made any changes. I have an ntlworld email and I want to keep it, sky advised me the ntlworld ones you can keep even after leaving virgin. Other places have said if you leave virgin you loose your virgin email... but as its an ntl email and not a virgin one does this mean I can leave virgin and still keep my email?
Kind regards
Sarah

I'm afraid not. The advise from Sky was completely wrong, to keep any of the VM branded email addresses, (ntlworld.com, blueyonder.com, virginmedia.com and virgin.net), you have to be a VM broadband customer. Under the Ts & Cs, VM will delete your email address and mailbox and all the mail within it, some 90 days after you leave. They do sometimes miss the deadline and the email carries on working for soke time afterwards, but is always prone to being suddenly cut off and deleted with no further warning.
