Browser not supported

I want to check my Thunderbird spam account to check for missing messages.  When I go to Virgin e-mail I see a message OX AppSuite - your browser is not supported.

How can I check my spam/junk files?  I am using Windows 11.

Thank you

Re: Browser not supported

Is Thunderbird configured to use IMAP? Yes, then those folders should be visible from within Thunderbird.

Alternatively, try a supported browser like Firefox

Re: Browser not supported

Thank you, no, my copy of TB is configured for POP3.  I do not know how to switch to IMAP but even if I did / could would I be able to read Spam/Junk e-mails?

Regards

Re: Browser not supported

Try using your web browser's Incognito / Private mode and if that works consider clearing browser's cookie data cache to see if that make a difference when using normal mode.

If further help is need then:

  • name of bowser?
  • its version?
