Broadband

Since i have had my virgin broadband fitted my old bt broadband has not worked since can you send an engineer out to have a look thanks

@Kelloggs10  Virgin Media cannot help you with a BT broadband connection.  You will need to contact BT about it.

Welcome back to our community forums and sorry to hear you have been having issues with your BT service since having your Virgin service added. To resolve this, we would advise getting in contact with BT as mentioned by @Graham_A . They would do their best to investigate and resolve this issue.
