I upgraded from M100 to M200 two days ago still waiting for the upgrade. Everything has been checked out at my end. Please could you make the change from your end. I’ve got two sons on Xbox screening at me that wi - fi keeps Glitching stopping them playing.

I'm sorry that you're still awaiting an package upgrade to go through on your account. Can you please confirm for me whether the upgrade was processed online or over the phone with us? If the upgrade was processed online they can sometimes take a little longer to be processed.
Can I also ask that you check your My Virgin Media account to ensure that 200mbs is showing as part of your subscription, rather than 100mbs?
