When I try to open my mail box I get the message forbidden. I have phoned Virgin twice and all they do is Change my password

It is now one month that I am unable to access my mail box on computers.
when I do I receive the message
WE DID NOT RECOGNISE THE USERNAME OR PASSWORD YOU ENTERED PSE TRY AGAIN.
I have tried on many computers and I have asked someone who is an IT TECHNICIEN to try on his computer but the same message comes back.
PLEASE please HELP URGENT
