Bounce back emails

For the last 5 days my emails to my sister who has a Tiscali email address have been bounced back.  Any help?  I have a Blueyonder email address.

Read this thread. The problem isn't fixed. Looks like TalkTalk who own the tiscali domain are culpable. Use web mail to email your sister. That works:

@Margaret1M  There is a current issue with Tiscali (Talk Talk) receiving emails sent from Virgin Media domains.  Talk Talk have been asked to investigate and resolve the issue.

Whilst waiting for Talk Talk to resolve this you should be able to get around the problem by sending the emails via the Virgin Media Mail webmail page. https://mail2.virginmedia.com/

Thank you for making your first post regarding your issue where emails sent to your sisters Tiscali address bounce back.

 

Unfortunately there is a known issue where Tiscali email addresses do not receive emails sent from Virgin Media, Talk Talk are currently looking into the problem. For more information, please take a look at the thread @Graham_A linked above 🙂

 

Have you tried sending the emails to your sister via the Virgin Media Mail webmail page instead? https://mail2.virginmedia.com/
