Blueyonder outgoing emails

Hi,

Has anybody had any issues sending emails via iPhone using a blueyonder account and managed to fix this?

Eails are being received fine but whenever trying to send an email, it says the username or password is incorrect and when I go into the settings, it says the email server SMTP.blueyonder.co.uk is not responding. Verify entered the correct account info in mail settings. 

Please can somebody help?

Hey AlishiaS19, thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear of the issues faced with your email account recently.

We'd love to help, can you please let us know if you've recently changed your online password for this email account and also check if this has also been updated in the mail client service (e.g. outlook) to see if this resolves the issue?

Also, could we ask what error message you're getting and have you tried a password reset and then update the client software with this to see if it helps?
