Blueyonder not receiving emails

I’ve been able to send but not receive emails on my blueyonder account since 25th June. My virgin media email addresses are working fine. I’ve phoned twice and been told that engineers are working on the issue and it should be sorted in 24-48 hours. It’s long past 48 hours now and I’m at a loss!!! I know that other blueyonder emails are working fine but there is clearly an issue with blueyonder emails for many. I really need help in sorting this as I’m feeling that my blueyonder address is going to die and nobody at virgin Media seems able to help!!!!!

Re: Blueyonder not receiving emails

I have had the same problem for nearly 7 weeks - repeated calls to virgin - same assurances same result -  the problem is the server at virgin as the webmail works and then fails - WHY?

Re: Blueyonder not receiving emails

Hi, I am the same, i couldn't renew my car insurance as they cant send me emails to my Blueyonder email address.  But I am getting other emails with no problems.  How can this be fixed as they need to send me my no claims email.

Re: Blueyonder not receiving emails

Hello aljean

Sorry to hear this is happening

We can have a look at this for you and would need to pass data protection

Have you checked your junk and spam folders to see if the mails have been sent there

We are certain that your Insurance Company can send the emails to a different address if you contact them
