I’ve been able to send but not receive emails on my blueyonder account since 25th June. My virgin media email addresses are working fine. I’ve phoned twice and been told that engineers are working on the issue and it should be sorted in 24-48 hours. It’s long past 48 hours now and I’m at a loss!!! I know that other blueyonder emails are working fine but there is clearly an issue with blueyonder emails for many. I really need help in sorting this as I’m feeling that my blueyonder address is going to die and nobody at virgin Media seems able to help!!!!!
