Hi
Just about to change mobile phone and I have an old blueyonder email account on the phone. Have just tried to log in via the main virgin website page as I have no idea of the password to set back up on new phone - but it says 'unable to find username'.
I no longer have an account with Virgin Media but my email account still works as I get numerous emails daily.
Can anyone help please.

Hi Bonds007RB,
Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to see to hear you cannot log into your email on your new phone due to not remembering the details, as you are no longer a Virgin Media customer and that the account associated to the Email is closed all we can do is permanently delete the Email account and we do not have access to anything else once account is closed.
