Here is an issue I've never seen before.
Since 3rd October, I've had a blueyonder email account with an out-of-office auto-reply on (set via webmail).
So this account hasn't been checked for about a month as the person has been on holiday.
Today, I turn the out-of-office off.
I can view all unread emails via webmail but the last months worth will not download into Thunderbird.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

A couple of thoughts:
If you can still send Blueyonder emails from Thunderbird it might be that one of those old emails is causing all the subsequent ones to be blocked as well. I would check in Thunderbird and identify the last Blueyonder email that has been downloaded successfully. Then go to the Blueyonder webmail account and find the next email that arrived after that last email in Thunderbird. That's the one that might be causing the problem.
Ideally you need to delete that email from the webmail account and then empty the trash folder and delete all the spam emails from webmail.
If Thunderbird now starts downloading then that was the problem.
