Hi I still cant access my blueyonder web email accounts I have a triangle with an exclamation mark in it, It is suggesting my credentials are wrong but I can get them on my phone using an email client.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear about the issue viewing your emails online.
Can you see if this helps.
Sign in to My Virgin Media.
Go to Account settings, then Account details.
Tap Manage next to Manage your Virgin Media Mail app password under Virgin Media Mail.
Then, under Virgin Media Mail app password tap Get password.
Continue the flow and a new secure password will be generated, and the mailbox unlocked.
Leave it around 15 minute befroe trying to access your emails.
Update any third-party apps that may be use to access your Virgin Media Mail emails with this new app password.

Is this the screen you are referring to. When I click 'manage' I only see 'Generate new app password'.
I don't have a problem with any apps, just virgin web mail.

If you change the password for the account in My Virgin Media > Account settings > Account details you will not be able to use the new password to access the account via an email client. Email client access now requires an app specific password which can be generated in the MyVM > Account Settings > Account details > Mailbox App password management

No of this is helping getting my webmail working. My 3rd part apps are fine, its the webmail that has not been working for weeks.
