Can I get someone to contact me about my blueyonder email which is still running and someone has hacked the email account. I can't find anyway to reset the password or completely remove the email account

I am no longer with virgin media but the email is still accessible.

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your email, I will pop you a Private Message so we can take a look for you. I will pop you a PM across now, please keep an eye out for the purple envelope in the top right corner of your screen alerting you to a new message.
