How do I access my Blueyonder email account to change the password?

In that case if password reminder questions have been setup for the account concerned then the forgotten password route is the way to change the password.  Click on forgotten link password on the log in page.

Otherwise the VM Forum Team should be able to assist.  The telephone support staff can do this as well if you manage to get a knowledgeable agent.

Log into My Virgin Media with the blueyonder email address and current password then click on Update Settings > Account details > Click edit to the right of password.

Hi Natalie,

 

Unfortunately not. I do not have a VM account but have been able to continue using the email address. I now need to verify my account by putting in the password but cannot remember it.

You may be out of luck. It sounds like the email account has finally been closed.

My name is not Alessandro. That is just a tag Virginmedia foisted on me.
