I can not access my Blueyonder email account when i go to the virgin media account settings it states it has been been blocked due to spamming etc. So i have followed the introductions and reset the account password. But it still tells me the email service is is not available.

I'm sorry to hear that you are getting this error message. I can certainly have a look at this for you but in order to do so I will need to pass data protection with you and get the email address that is affected.
