Blueyonder email

My blueyonder email has stopped receiving emails to my account and I am unable to access the webmail page. 

I have spoken via twitter and it appears that when I switched house last August the email was not transferred to my current account.

How do I get the blueyonder email moved to my current account? 

I have checked on mailtester and it's all green still. 

It stopped on 1st July 2020.

It may be possible for a 'Move & transfer' process to be carried out by the VM Forum Team.  They will be able to check the status of the old account and advise accordingly.  They will respond here in due course.

Thanks for the post Philrooks.

 

We would be able to transfer the email addresses over but would need to pass security on the old account as well as the new account before we request this. This would also mean that any email addresses on the new account would be removed and replaced with those on the previous account.
