It may be possible for a 'Move & transfer' process to be carried out by the VM Forum Team. They will be able to check the status of the old account and advise accordingly. They will respond here in due course.

We would be able to transfer the email addresses over but would need to pass security on the old account as well as the new account before we request this. This would also mean that any email addresses on the new account would be removed and replaced with those on the previous account.
